Smooth and easy process from start to finish. Staff in stores and online were both extremely helpful and accommodating answering any questions I had, even to the point of online help desk moving the mattress I wanted on to the bed I wanted just to see if it looks ok. Great experience!

The staff were very helpful but respectful of time to browse. Social distancing in place with sanitisers and explanation to PPE when trying the beds.

We were greeted when we entered the store and informed about where items were located in the store. We were then given time and space to look around without feeling pressure. When we needed assistance, Tony was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He took time to ensure we got the mattress that was right for us. He then carefully explained the sales process to us.

The assistant (Sophy) was very good. She was ready when we needed help and kept a very discreet distance to let us chat and make our decision without feeling pressured in any way.

I was delighted to see that COVID guidelines were being enforced yet the store still had the foresight to supply sanitised pillows so that we could try the beds in store (not all shops do this). I was impressed with the mattress machine and love the fact that Dreams supply a bag for the disposal of my old mattress.

The sales advisors understood our needs and requirements. Very happy with our experience and looking forward to receiving our new beds soon.

We were very satisfied with the service received from the member of staff and during our visit discovered he was the manager of the Basildon store. He was very helpful but gave us our own space to check out our options, he suggested we went on the machine you have instore before making our choice, which helped us knowing what we actually required from our new bed. Overall a very good shopping experience and we would certainly recommend Dreams, Basildon store to our family and friends. We are very excited about the delivery in the next couple of weeks.
