From the second we walked in the door we were made to feel welcome by Ross, he talked us through the dreams testing system and then helped us find the correct mattress to match us both after. He was friendly and polite and not to pushy which is always important. Then we decided on the bed frame and went through all the necessary paper work with Ross whilst doing this Tony was also lovely and showed my partner how the tv bed sound system was and the storage. They are both lovely gentlemen and a true credit to your store.

Mandy was extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable. We didn’t feel pressured into making a decision and she was friendly and very easy to get in with. The mattress felt comfortable and seemed well made. The delivery date was quicker than expected

Your store was recommended to me by my nieghbours who live next door to me and always help me with decisions I have to make. As I am a 90 year old lady who does get confused and stressed very easily.The nice young chap who looked after me really made me feel at ease and valued he gave me water and helped me to lay on a bed which talked to me so I could choose the right bed for my needs and comfort.I had a budget and had to stay within a certain price range, he got me a really good deal which was well within my budget. Thank you

I tried to order a bed on your online service but secure pay faulted and I wasn’t sure if it went through so I rung your branch and they put me through to customer service who confirmed nothing had been ordered under my name or postcode. I then rung back to branch and spoke to a lovely gentlemen who made sure I checked all my emails even my junk to make sure I didn’t buy anything and then we proceed with the bed purchase and finance application. It went without a hitch and he answered every question I had really well! Very happy!
