I called to place an order and the customer service was excellent, quick and speedy response to my questions and explained and resolved what I couldn’t order online so I could get the package I wanted

The service I received from Tony was exceptional. Trying to order two bed sets without being able to see them in a store due to lockdown was hard enough but we needed them due to having a house fire and with no set competition date for the house to be ready it was all very confusing. Tony explained all the options I could have at every turn and gave me ways I could buy the mattresses whilst still on sale without having to worry they might be delivered before my house is ready. He took a huge weight off my mind knowing that we had sorted the most important pieces of furniture and that I could contact him anytime with any questions or issues.

Due to Covid-19 I was unable to visit a store. I looked on Dreams website and chose the mattress I wanted and then I placed my order over the phone Tony the sales representative was very aimable and knowledgeable and the whole experience was very good. I set up interest free credit and the mattress will be delivered next week. Excellent customer service and I shall most certainly be using your store again.

Pandemic so stores shut, website didn't appear to work well for me so pmaced my order over phone. Had Anthony, very friendly & easy going, explained everything clearly. Very pleased with being able to pick delivery date in the future because of ongoing renovations but didn't want to miss sale price.
