The agent that I placed my order with was very friendly and helpful. They got my order sorted much quicker than I expected. The agent was able to help complete the finance application with ease and made the experience very easy.

The member of staff was friendly, polite, and came across as very knowledgeable. He went to the trouble of finding two previous orders from several years ago. He gave me helpful advice about how to choose another mattress. Very impressed and a pleasant efficient shopping experience, all health with in one short phonemail.

From the moment we walked into the Basildon store, Tony the store manager was so accommodating and helpful. He helped us find our perfect first bed for a brilliant price, and despite a national lockdown after our store visit, Tony helped us via the phone to place our order with no problems. We can’t thank Tony enough for his help and he is a credit to Dreams!

The gentleman who helped me, Tony, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the current equivalent of the Sleepeeze Java bed would be now. We have a bed with which we have been extremely happy but needs upgrading. Tony knew exactly what I was talking about as he remembered the Java and immediately was able to help me with my choice. He was very polite, helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. His overall attitude was what encouraged me to call him back to make the order after doing some further research.
