The gentleman who helped me, Tony, was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what the current equivalent of the Sleepeeze Java bed would be now. We have a bed with which we have been extremely happy but needs upgrading. Tony knew exactly what I was talking about as he remembered the Java and immediately was able to help me with my choice. He was very polite, helpful and knew exactly what he was talking about. His overall attitude was what encouraged me to call him back to make the order after doing some further research.

We had a lovely lady help us called Mandy, she took us round all the products that fitted our specification, so we could see what is available within our budget. She introduced us to the machine that allows us to know what kind of firmness is right for us, and then went on to give us pillows to try out different mattresses. We never felt pressured or awkward, we went away and came back a couple of days later to order. We dealt with Mandy the whole time.
