We had a lovely lady help us called Mandy, she took us round all the products that fitted our specification, so we could see what is available within our budget. She introduced us to the machine that allows us to know what kind of firmness is right for us, and then went on to give us pillows to try out different mattresses. We never felt pressured or awkward, we went away and came back a couple of days later to order. We dealt with Mandy the whole time.

The assistant Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgable he was most careful to keep his distance to protect us and to do everything he should do in these difficult times.

The staff at the Dreams Basildon store were nothing but helpful during my partner & I’s visit. They guided us towards the product we were looking for, advised further on the various style of products available and answered all of our questions without any issues whatsoever.
