Our experience in the Dreams shop was excellent. Once we were greated by a very friendly Lady, (Mandy) and we told her what we were looking for she immediately understood our needs and took us to see 3 mattresses, explaining the benefits of each. The choice was easily decided and the purchase made.

All staff were friendly and helpful, Tony was very attentive and gave us time to explain what we needed, he talked us through the sleep assessment bed and what it will do and when. He also showed us several beds explaining the difference and information about each bed, gave us time to experience the beds and offered advice and answered all questions that we had.

I Phoned ahead to find out about a bed I had seen on line and wanted to try and see how heavy it was to lift up the base to get to the storage underneath. The person who answered was very helpful. I was greeted by Tony in store who showed me the bed, and its different options. He checked the measurements for me as this bed has a very wide headboard and that is the width on the website, but the foot end is much narrower but that measurement is not on your website. I also did the mattress tester and he showed me the ones on the list that fitted my budget. Tony offered me water to drink. He was very knowledgeable and I will be back at some stage to replace the mattress. Thank you it was an excellent shopping experience.
