Store assistant gave us a reasonable amount of time to browse before coming to offer support; didn't pounce on us as soon as we entered (even though the store was empty) but didn't wait for us to ask either. His manner was friendly, polite and showed genuine interest in us as individual customers. He took time to understand our requirements and what we were looking for. One feedback point was that at no time did he ask for our budget - once we had done the sleep assessment machine he went straight to a £1,500 mattress without asking how much we were looking to pay. This item was about three times more than we were looking to pay and I had to state that this was well over budget and ask for lower price options.
