I always use Dreams whenever I’m buying beds, pillows, mattresses etc. because I’m a big believe in “buy cheap, buy twice” and Dreams at Basildon always has a great selection of products and I’m in and out without any disappointments

Although I had to wait around 10 minutes to be seen once entering the store, Tony apologies for this and after explaining my needs he pointed out a few options to try whilst he attended to his previous customers, which I was happy with. He then set myself up on the automatic bed and Sophy took over once we were finished. I asked some questions which she was knowledgeable on, and then made my decision. We did have to wait again for around 5 mins for a till to become available, but the buying process was speedy. Both Tony and Sophy were patient with my questions, and those of my 8 year old daughter who had accompanied me on the trip. Altogether, efficient and pleasant experience, and felt covid-safe too.

The staff are always friendly and really helpful i got my bed two years ago and bought my daughter to get hers and both time staff go out of there way to be helpful
