Dreams - New Basildon

I walked in and was great by Mandy in your Basildon store, she instantly made us feel welcome and took us over to the new instore machine to help us and her understand the type of mattress we needed. within 3 minutes of the machine completing its job she was right there to take us to the recommendations that were give. I asked so many question on the different in the products and price and she was able to answer each and every question which gave me and my wife a very good understanding as to what the benefits are of the product and why we are spending what we were. She gave us many different options to compare and gave great suggestions! She even offered us complimentary water which was a great touch! :) She was that good that my mother ended up buying the same mattress. The transaction was procced very smoothly and quickly and i was over the moon with the amount of knowledge i was given and that she found me something in my price range (slightly higher! of course :) but we were very happy and would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family and definitely your store in east gate Basilson! Mandy was lovely and i hope she gets recognition for her customer service.

All staff very friendly and helpful. We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store and asked our needs. Was quickly put on the sleep machine and within 20 mins of walking into the store had a good selection of mattresses to choose from. Mandy was excellent and very helpful. We used the sleep match machine, and we quickly found a bed that fitted with our budget and requirements.

Assistance was very helpful to the requirement I required We tried the beds a few times & he was most helpful each time.

Tony was most efficient and very helpful. He was extremely easy to talk to. Very professional and has very good customer service skills. He is not the run of the mill salesperson. He is very down to earth and made us feel at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. He made my purchase a very comfortable experience, there was nothing I could fault with my visit to Dreams from start to finish.
