The whole experience was fantastic down to one member of staff, Sophie was excellent, she welcomed us with a massive smile and from that moment Sophie made us fill at ease wile testing out all different ranges beds and mattresses that was within our budget giving us expert advice.

Mandy the assistant was very helpful but not pushy she was knowledgable and listened to my requirements. The items were not all in stock so could not a a delivery date straight away but for my requirements this was not an issue.
