The service we received from Mandy (especially)and Tony at the Basildon store was excellent. The knowledge of the products, plus actually listening to our requirements and then providing the right amount of guidance whilst allowing us to have some input too - meaning that Mandy was listening. We were given time to look without any pressure to buy, which was a definite plus point...but was available for our many questions when we needed answers. Overall we found Mandy to be a credit to Dreams.

Fully masked with sanatisin liquid on hand, offered water because of the heat the mask causes, very attentative to my needs, I.e back problems and store very clean.
