Dreams - New Basildon

I have had 2 previous beds from Dreams so this is my 3rd purchase this time just a mattress but a very high quality one the salesman Ross was extremely helpful explained everything and left us alone to discuss and decide. I found the whole experience especially in these time very pleasant

Upon entering the store my daughter and I were greeted with a friendly face - Ross, who listened to our needs and even went the extra mile and offered us a bottle of water which was very welcomed on such a hot day. Ross helped us find the bed for my daughter we had seen on line suggested some other options in the store, we were able to use the dream mattress measuring device which was excellent. Ross answered our questions and knew when to leave us to our own devises to have a good look at our options. He also knew when to return to see what our decision had been. I was really happy with the transaction and recommended Ross to friends. We will be back in the near future to replace more beds and mattresses. Please pass our thanks to him for a job well done.
