The thing is I've been working in the retail for almost 15 years now and I really understand what customers "demand." It always comes to the members of staff, in which case I was impressed. As soon as I walked into your Basildon branch, your friendly manager approached me and asked if I need help. Then your colleague Sophy spent approximately 40 minutes with me. At no point I felt pressurised to buy expensive stuff, quite the opposite. I explained to Sophy what my budget was and we went from there. I asked her approximately 147 questions and she was extremely patient, bless her! During the payment process she didn't try to sell me useless extras. However, I took the full advantage of the 'Bedcover service plan' which honestly does make sense and only silly customers would leave without it. Sophy's customer skills, an honest approach, friendliness and professionalism are second to none. She is a real credit to your team. Very well done, Dreams Basildon! P S: The extra bonus for all the great precautionary measures you put in place during the Covid-19 pandemic plus the availability of a free bottle of water for your customers!

We were met by Amanda who explained hygene requirements and was a very pleasant lady. She understood why we wanted the mattress we eventually ordered but took the opportunity to explain about a special offer which we declined.
