We visited the store twice and the first time we were approached to offer help but declined. A little later Sophy approached us again, to offer us a bottle of water each, especially as we were wearing masks. This time Sophy explained the colour coding of the beds to us, told us a bit about the product we were interested in and offered us pillows to test the beds. She told us about the Covid safety measures in place to ensure adequate hygiene and to reassure us. She then gave us the right amount of time to browse on our own. The second visit we sought out Sophy and she was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable again. She offered water again and ran through our order requirements. She informed us the sale covered pillows too and gave us advice in that area too. For the items she was not sure about, she confidently referred to her manager and was courteous and polite. All in all Sophy and her manager provided a very welcoming and comfortable shopping experience, in a safe environment. We had two lovely visits, culminating in us purchasing two beds.

Sophy the salesperson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Also the branch manager was there ensuring all the COVID protocols were being followed. So much better than other bed retailers we had visited.

Assigned a member of staff to assist straight away who was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all but listened to our requirements,. Social distancing and cleanliness all obviously being adhered right. Was offered bottled water. Not rushed at all. A very pleasant experience
