We went into dreams with an idea of what we wanted as we saw the frame online prior to the visit. Ross was great greeted us at the door with a bottle of water and introduced himself and gave us plenty of time to look around at the products. Ross was on hand every time we had questions. He knew the answers instantly. We was unsure what mattress we wanted but Ross helped us make the decision. When It came to buying it we managed to get the delivery date we wanted and was really quick at processing our order. I was very happy with the service we was given at the basildon store and will definitely be going back. On a side not all the staff in the store was equally good and friendly. Really can't wait to get our new bed in August.
