Tony made our Dreams experience highly satisfactory. He was knowledgable, friendly, helpful and patient. 10/10 for service!!

I interacted with two staff members. A chap named Tony and a lady... I think her name might have been Sue, but it might not. Either way, there was only one denial present during my visit so your logs will show who it was. I’d just visited “mattressman” and was disappointed with the time taken to be seen so I left without speaking with anyone. At Dreams I was acknowledged as soon as I entered. I explained what I was looking for and was shown the options available to take away in store. The lady understood exactly what I was looking for and made a recommendation which was perfect. Tony got the mattresses out and put them by the door for me and the order was processed. Both team members were friendly and attentive; it was all round a perfect visit and I’ll be back as soon as I need something bed related, their service have made me a customer for life (or at least until I experience poor service). Please pass on my thanks. Thank you.

Went in knowing what i wanted as has previously looked online. There was a offer on in store which took 20% off my bed frame as I purchased a mattress too and I was in there for about 20 minutes so very quick process
