I visited the store not knowing what i wanted in regards to mattress suitability, nor specifications. The advisor (john) was very thorough and we experienced the dream bed match machine, which was unique for us and a great help in choosing a bed. John was very knowledgable and helpful, and didn't steer us into a hard sell, but acted professionally and honestly. it was a pleasure to shop. The social distancing guidelines, and hygiene that was put in place was applaudable. Well done all round, very impressed.

Ross was very polite and helpful. He answered any questions we had and was happy to do so and did not rush us. He helped us use the machine which told us which mattress is best. Due to how nice and professional the are we will get a mattress from them. I will also recommend to friends.

All the staff were so welcoming when we came in, 3 members helped us overall but tony took our order who was just fab, made us refreshments.
