Tony was very helpful, took time to answer my questions, didn't rush me, and generally helped me find the right mattress, pillows, and bed for me.

we were served by a gentleman called John who explained everything got us to test mattresses was very helpful, when we said we would be in touch he was pleasant and polite not pushy, as we have found in other stores I liked his sales approach

The assistant was very helpful. Her name was Amanda. She showed me samples of the bed bases that were available and moved the mattress to the base that I wanted so I could try it.
