Knowledge of staff, hospitality and friendliness

I was allowed to spend time looking around by the staff and when I was ready they were both attentive and knowledgeable. I was offered a cup tea whilst we went over my requirements (and it was a very good cup of tea) and at no time did I feel pressured or the need to speed up the process.

Staff were really helpful and made it really easy to find what we were looking for
