The assistant was very friendly and helpful his name is John he put us on to the mattress we needed we also bought a duvet and we got some pillows and John carried our purchase to our car all very helpful as I can’t walk very far thank to your staff we had a very good visit

Our recent experience at Dreams in Basildon was fantastic! Bonnie was very knowledgeable and helpful, and she has pretty much helped us on making our purchase as smooth as possible. She also went the extra mile of making sure that our little one, who was with us at that time, enjoyed the experience as well. I would definitely recommend the store and the staff to my family and friends.

I was dealt with by a most efficient young lady who even remembered me making my original enquiry before Christmas when she had helped me make my choice of headboards. I was very impressed. Her name was Bonni in the Basildon store.

I had tried to do my order online, but each time I tried to enter my details for finance it crashed. So as the store was still open and not far away I decided to go to the store to complete my order. While there the staff were extremely helpful as I managed to get a better mattress and mattress protector than I first went in there for. And they saved me money in the process.

The lady came over to me as I walked round the store asked me a few questions then directed me to the machine that monitors your sleep pattern. Which was great told me what was recommended by the machine and she then pointed me in the right direction and left me to browse. She then returned and asked a few more questions before I placed my order. At no time did I feel pressurised. The lady in question was most helpful and knowledgeable. I had previously been to another bed store where I felt really pressured to make a purchase.

We were greeted immediately we entered the store and shown to the items we were interested in looking at. The assistant was knowledgeable, friendly and helped us decide on the purchase and took our order so it was an easy and pleasant shopping experience.

Satisfied with the delivery date given which fitted in with my plans. Removal of old beds and proposed fitment of new beds. Very friendly and helpful of your staff.

We were approached as soon as we walked in, told them we were just looking at the moment and they left us alone which is good. Nothing worse than being pestered with staff constantly trying to sell. We were in there a while which they then revisited and this time we were able to use their assistance which we were able to purchase a bed
