Ross was great took loads of time and gave us space throughout our visit. He explained everything in good detail. Both Ross and Tony were a pleasure to deal with. Definitely recommend

The staff were very friendly and helpful and made it easy to choose the products that I was after.

I was unsure what I wanted or needed and was talked through it all by John and was even put on a mattress machine to find the best mattress for me. Was also offered a cup of tea!

The sales person was very knowledgeable about the products on offer and took the time to explain to me the differences so that I was able to make my selection. He then left us to look around and try out beds before taking our order. He was helpful without being “pushy”.

Tony was the assistant helping me at Basildon Branch, Tony was highly knowledgeable, left me to browse & make my mind up after spending a considerable amount of time showing me the beds I was interested in, Tony showed me alternatives & helped me find my perfect mattress, could not of been happier with the service I received, was even offered coffee or tea, I also purchased pillow covers many thanks to Tony for all his help as I was a lady on my own having to make the choices.
