Tony was amazing at helping us choose the perfect bed and mattress

We went in purely for a new mattress, we asked to use the sleep machine which was absolutely amazing! So clever and narrowed down our choice of mattresses straight away which was a big relief as sometimes you just don't know where to start and all the mattresses can feel so overwhelming! After we had been on the machine, Bonni was brilliant in showing us what mattresses came up in the print out and giving us advice, after we had chosen one she placed our order very thoroughly, we were extremely pleased with the service received!!

We were pointed in the right direction of a few that were suitable for us, this made it easier to make a decision. The assistant was knowledgeable, polite and gave us plenty of time to make our decision. He was not overpowering and pushing us so we felt comfortable spending time to choose but he was on hand to keep checking that we were ok.

Mandy was available immediately and asked if I needed any help. I had an idea of what I wanted so asked her to help me and she took me through the options I had and the pricing. She showed me more options than I thought would be available and the benefits of each design.

Bonni was incredibly helpful and the mattress assist technology was actually helpful.
