Dreams - New Basildon

We were served by Ross, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A few years back we had bad service in a different dreams store, which has stopped me from shopping there since. But my husband convinced me to try again, and I’m very glad I did.

I found the whole experience satisfying. The staff were friendly and attentive. They were very knowledgeable. I found exactly what I was looking for. The lady that helped me was Mandy. She was very nice and friendly.

Friendly assistance without pushiness to buy the dearest ones. Patient.

The staff was very helpful especially Seth who helped us trough out, he’s knowledge was very good and he was very pleasant , then Bonni placed our order and was also very helpful and pleasant , we was only looking today , but with Seths help on choosing the right mattress for us we decided to buy from him .

I had already looked on line so knew roughly what i wanted, Tony the salesperson approached us as soon as we walked in i told him what we were looking for he showed us straight away what i looked online for and knew exactly what i was talking about. His knowledge was really good and he was so helpful. We chose the bed very quickly. Our overall budget was about £600 for both so he took this into consideration and showed us those with a great sales discount so good value for money too. My son chose what he wanted with the advice again of Tony (salesman). once we chose this the transaction was very quick as we were against the clock due to my sons football match. We managed to get it all ordered in 5/10 minutes. He offered deals instore for duvets and pillows etc we chose a duvet too. We also asked for delayed delivery due to having to carpet the room which he said was fine to put it back to end of Jan / Feb. I got a confirmation really quickly from Dreams too and also confirmed delivery date which is great.

John, the assistant who dealt with us took the time to do the bed test and go through what we were looking for and giving us good advice

Bonni in the Basildon store greeted my mother and I warmly, recognised that I was struggling to decide on a mattress so suggested I use the bed machine to help me decide, and then took me to various mattresses to try out the recommendations. She explained that we were similar sleepers and her suggestions and preferences really helped me out when making a decision. She then helped me out with the rest of the bedding (pillows, duvet, mattress topper) but wasn't at all pushy and was patient when I was indecisive at times and was overall a brilliant sales rep and a credit to the company.
