Assistant took time to explain my options and did not rush me or pressure me. I had time to try out all the mattresses to find the best one for my needs.

Eddy was extremely friendly , very thorough and listened to my needs and requirements when choosing the right mattress for me . He was very efficient and gave me plenty of time to try and make the right choices when choosing a mattress which is not a easy thing to do. Looking forward to getting a good night sleep ! Very knowledgeable sales assistant, very friendly and helpful.

The assistant was friendly, knowledgable, spent a lot of time answering our questions but wasn't pushy, gave us time to decide what was right for us (and gave us a cup of coffee).

My partner and I were warmly welcomed into the store upon arrival and offered each a hot beverage. We were then given expert assistance in our way through the store in choosing the mattress we were after. We were also left to our leisure in taking time in trying out mattresses and having time to think about the choices. When it came to the business end of the decision we were very well informed from the staff as well which aided us in our decision. We genuinely had an excellent experience at Dreams New Malden and all the staff members were wonderfully friendly, enthusiastic and 10/10 with their customer service.

I’ve been to the New Malden store twice, the first time John helped me order my bed and second visit Edward helped me order a bed for my Mum. Both guys were friendly, knowledgable and it was easy to chat and discuss my needs with them. Very friendly helpful service.

Mohammed and the team at New Malden were great and they approached me when I entered the store straight away. He understood my needs, showed me multiple options and provided details of the beds and mattresses which helped me make up my mind. I was able to try the mattresses and see a large range of beds in store, I ended up buying one of the beds from your online range and this was helped by seeing the different types of beds in store. The price was great and your weekend offers were one of the reasons why I brought the bed and mattress. Mohammed was knowledgable, passionate and didn’t push me rather he took his time and allowed me to decide in my own time which was great!
