The salesman was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable. I had done a small amount of research online before going to the store but he took the time to explain the best mattress for us, using the analysis from the sleepmatch machine which changed our perception. We were able to select the best mattress for us in our price range. Would have loved the more expensive mattress and believed it was a higher quality, but wanted to stick to the budget we had allocated.

Edward, the salesman at new Malden made the visit so easy - he understood my needs and identified several items that I could chose from Very knowledgeable

Nice friendly staff and big thanks to Alex who took care of us, and was very happy with the amount of mattresses we could try and great times for delivery.

Staff were friendly, left us alone to look, and then answered all queries immediately when we were ready to buy, and we did not feel uncomfortably pressured like similar shops

We are looking for two separate items, one a little unusual being a four foot mattress. John who served us was extremely helpful in showing us which companies Dreams stock have them. All very helpful.
