Dreams - New Malden

Very helpful and kind staff. We were extremely happy with our experience at this store. The staff made us feel very welcome and helped us to purchase exactly what we needed. Will be recommending this Dreams store (New Malden) and the specific employees to friends & family.

I felt that the guy that helped us had a lot of knowledge and he encouraged us to use the sleepmatch service but was also honest about it's shortcomings. Had good personal experience of different products, took time to help us.

The assistant John was very kind and helpful, he understood about how years of nursing had affected my back, (his mum had been a nurse) but most importantly he understood my situation of being on a limited income, i.e. just a pension and was really helpful in finding a mattress within my budget but that would also be beneficial to me. He also left me to browse around the store but made himself available if needed - no hassle - great! I have used Dreams previously and they are excellent!
