I got exactly what I wanted and Louie who helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful

Busy day (Easter Monday) but got seen too as sooon as we were ready to buy. Assistant was smart, polite & informed.

I knew the product I was looking for having seen it online. I had no trouble finding a sales assistant as soon as I walked in, when I described what I wanted without knowing the product code she knew instantly what I was talking about. The order process was very quick and easy. The best thing was the ability to have the item delivered up to 3 months later, as I am buying a new build and don't have a firm completion date yet. I also felt the (sale) price was very good for the quality of the product.

The salesman, Edward Kelly, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He showed us a variety of beds and mattresses which met our specification and discussed the various merits of each enabling us to make the right choice for us.

Very impressed with the salesman, namely Carlos, who was most helpful and informative. We even were given a lovely cup of coffee on arrival.

Very friendly service, no hard sell. showed us other, cheaper options.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by Kavitha. She was extremely helpful offering us pillows depending on which position we slept in bed and taking us from one bed to another dependant on our preferences to the mattress types and the previous bed tried. Without her help I would have tried all of the beds, been very confused and unable to make a decision. She was very knowledgeable regarding colour and divan change options. She also arranged for my beds to be held until May whilst I completed the decorating of my bedrooms. To top off my day I was offered a delicious hot chocolate ! I purchased my previous bed along with my son's from Dreams who will always be my first choice.

This was our very first experience with Dreams. We had no expectation but were pleasantly surprised with product availability/range in store, as well as customer service. We ended up going for a full package - bed, mattress, grantee, delivery and assembly, since your prices were very reasonable and store assistant was very knowledgable.

The sales assistant Edward greeted us with friendly and pleasant greeting, he was very knowledgeable about all the beds as was insistent that we tried them and took are time, it was a bit decided to make and he said there is no hurry, he left us for a while and when we were ready he came back making sure we where happy he even gave us pillows to try . We purchased a bed 2 pillows and matrices protecter , our bed has been deleived and are wait for our first night sleep tonight 27/3/18
