Good range of mattresses on display to try. Sales assistant at New Malden (Carlos) showed good product knowledge, answered all questions was cheerful and very patient with us considering we spent around 2 hours in store, fine ambassador for your company. Delivery much quicker than we had anticipated.

The shop assistant, Carlos, approached us and asked if we needed help. We did not need to seek out help. My wife new the bed she wanted but not the mattress. He left us lie on different mattresses until we found the one that was right. Then he assisted us in the selection of the right size bed. This involved us going home, measuring up space and coming back.

Product suits my needs. Delivery was quick and service to remove old mattress is excellant

Lee the assistant at the New Malden Branch was very knowledgeable and i only had 300 to spend but he talked me through the various options. He didn't confuse and complicate things by showing me too many options so the decision became clear and although I spent a little more I was completely satisfied in the knowledge i had the best purchase for my needs. He never came across as hard selling and funnily when he approached me oriingally to see if i needed help I would have normally been irritated at not being left alone but we talked about what I wanted and he listened, great salesman. I couldn't have had a better experience when being served by Carlos. He spent time explaining each item to me to ensure that I was selecting the correct items, he was personable and he thoroughly explained all of the details in terms of delivery etc which was so helpful to me with it being my first week in London.
