I was very happy with my overall experience. And I was also very happy with the sales man Louie. And the vaule of the money it came to. I will recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I very much like the way Lee came up introduced himself and then said if you need any help just call. I hate when you go into a shop and as your foot goes in the door they are there pushing you to buy, Lee was totally different that is why I placed such a large order. I have always wanted a Tempur Mattress and that is what I bought. I also noticed the other staff where helpful too, one heard what I had bought and gave Lee the travel pillow you get when you buy the mattress. The shop was very clean and the loo as well, any team are only as good as the manager I think his name was Mo. It was a very pleasant experience Thank you.

Because the assistant was very friendly and my questions were answered in a professional manner t at the same time I didn't feel rushed into making a purchase.

We were greeted by Kavitha the sales assistant at the new Malden store. She was delightful. Attentive yet not overpowering. I didn’t have a big budget and she helped me choose an ex display mattress. To be honest, without her help I would have looked at the sale mattresses and walked out. She also managed to sell me pillows! I was pleasantly surprised I could have free delivery 7 days later and the mattress was delivered to the room of my choice. I was given a delivery day and on the day, quite early that morning I was given a 2 hour delivery slot. I am sending my daughter to Kavitha for a new mattress . She is a credit to your store.

Lee approached us within about 30seconds of us walking in, listened to our needs and clearly explained how he was going to get us to try the mattresses He was not pushy at all and focussed on helping find the right mattress to secure a sale rather than trying to get us to buy the most expensive item He was not at all pushy

The assistant aproached us when looking at the bed we wanted to see. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful without being intrusive. He gave us 5 minutes to discuss our individual needs.
