Me & my daughter went to brows around the beds & prices & ended up buying a bed all because of excellent customer service offered by Louie at Newmalden Dreams, finally my dram bed was delivered yesterday by Josh & Craig, they were both very polite & highly professional in delivering and fitting my bed & mattress & clearly gave me the care instructions. last night I slept in my new bed for the 1st time & I must say it was truly a dream come true experience. I am not kidding,I actually had a sound sleep after a long time. I'm Defiantly getting 2 new beds for my mum & daughter from Dreams & already recommending Dreams to my friends & family

Assisted by a member of staff who took time to understand my needs and provide options for types of items we were looking for. Knowledge of products by the staff member was excellent. Can do attitude and provided assistance up to and including delivering small items to my car.

Eddie (Burlington Road, New Malden) was efficient, professional and he had vast product knowledge. He was genuine and friendly and I enjoyed speaking with him. A valued team member I would say!

As soon as we were ready for service and guidance a member of staff approached us. His name was Mo and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. One thing we really liked was no sales pressure. Everything went very smoothly and we not only ordered a bed but also a mattress and two pillows. Great service, highly recommend will definitely shop there again.
