We were meet at the door and offered the sleepmatch , mattresses were then offered to try and the sale completed with a lovely coffee

We was served by a man called Dennis and honestly made our day, he let us look around for ourselves and was always there when we needed his assistance. He was a lovely hilarious guy who I wish I could buy from weekly!

Dennis the salesman was very helpful in a non pushy manner. He was friendly and knowledgeable. It was helpful to be able to lie on beds and also use the simulator to reinforce our choice of mattress.

I’ve visited the dreams in Norwich Sprowston a few times and I just love how welcoming and nice it is in there, and Sean is super knowledgable and lovely, he is an assest to the store and I just really enjoy the atmosphere when I shop there :-)

The team member was really polite and knowledgeable. He knew which beds suited my vision. Was more than happy to check colours available on which headboards / beds etc
