Laurence was really useful in helping me find the right mattress for my back problems, and also a bed frame with fitted my dimensions and colours I wanted. We also got greeted nicely, offered a drink and did the sleep match software.

Brilliant service, gave us enough help but also enough time to make our own decisions. Both members of staff we spoke to were approachable and understood our needs.

Dennis was very attentive whilst not being pushy. Completely the right balance between helpful and allowing us to browse casually.

Friendly staff and knowledgeable about the products

Dennis , the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, welcoming and courteous . Nothing was too much trouble. The store was well stocked with plenty of choice, prices were quite keen and there was plenty of additional items offered .

Dave clearly knew what he was talking about, showed us both around, made it a fun experience of buying a bed and had some banter, which was a nice change! He really made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.

We first went in on Boxing Day and they remembered us 2 months later. Dennis was so helpful all the time, never was he pushy in to trying to make a sale all the staff were friendly towards our grandson who is 2 years and 10 months. Great that we only have to wait 4 weeks to get our bed, we was offered tea of coffee what was nice and we will be telling friends and family how great it is to shop at Dreams.
