I liked the fact that the store had technology which enabled them to analyse my mattress needs and then it recommended mattresses to suit me. The man who assisted me was very friendly and knowledgeable, but also gave me the personal space to try out a variety of mattresses so I didn't feel pressured. I eventually chose the mattress that the machine has first recommended and was pleased that it could be delivered so quickly.

I found the staff very friendly, experienced and made sure I had sanitiser and paper to lie on to check the mattresses I wanted to try. I must admit I felt very relaxed as no one was watching or trying to push a sale. I would definitely go back to that store if I needed anything else. Also I'd recommend anyone to shop there.

We liked the dreams sleep testing machine. Our salesman Sean was friendly, gave good advice but also left us with time to try the different mattresses in a way that did not feel pressurised. The mattress was a good deal and exactly what we were looking for
