Dennis was lovely and so helpful! He helped us with exactly what we needed to find and didn’t push us to spend more than we could afford. He didn’t rush us but was there when we wanted to buy! All round brilliant service

The member of staff, Sean (Norwich/Sprowston), was very quick to help find a solution close within range of our price budget. The balance between being overtly sold something and satisfying our criteria accurately was struck nicely and was not overdone.

Greeting a soon as we went in, clear instructions and friendly guidance for COVID measures. Staff made conversation and was a very calm atmosphere. I wasn't pressured into buying a specific thing but I was given a variety of options at different price points.

We were served by Dennis, who was absolutely amazing, very funny and friendly. He made the whole process so quick and easy. The store was clean and tidy, sanitizer by the door and we felt well looked after. He didn't rush us, listen to what we wanted, which made a great experience. So thank you Dennis, you are definitely not 104 years old!
