I didn't even bother going to other bed stores. His colleague was extremely polite and positive when I called the store. Yes.. very impressed . Well done guys.

Assistance was first class, with time taken to answer our questions in a clear and friendly way. The care taken with hygiene in store was excellent in view of the current covid situation, and certainly the best we have witnessed.

We found the Salesman very friendly and helpful which made it easier to select the items we required.

Dennis at the Norwich store was absolutely brilliant from the second we entered the store to the moment we left!! He gave us time to try beds with out hanging around but was on hand as soon as we needed him!! 5 ⭐
