The team member was very attentive explaining all the precautionary measures that had been put in place for our benefit. He then asked us what we were looking for then gave us useful options to choose from which included trying out various mattresses. At no time did we feel pressurised to buy - if we did we would have walked out. Once we had made our choices the ordering was very easy and the flexibility of delivery to suit our requirements was appreciated.
