Having had a career in sales myself I was encouraged by the friendly greeting from Dennis upon arrival at the store. I was given the facts about the mattresses without any attempt to hard sell. I was allowed the freedom to wander after Dennis had fed me the information I needed without interference. I was pleased with the quality and pricing options available to me. When it came to closing the sale it was done without a hard sell but on picking up on my buying signals and offering add on sales. He also had his deal closer ready when asked, he's obviously been well trained. The payment options were explained and my purchase completed very quickly. Providing the selected mattress stops my backache then you'll not only have a happy customer but a delighted one!
