The costumer service was excellent was approached within first few minutes of being in store, answered all our questions we used the sleep match bed in store to find the prefect mattress shown around and tested all the suggested mattresses along with pillows. All staff were very friendly we had our 4 children while we sorted the paper work they made paper airplanes with them flying them around. Offered lollies and drinks. Couldn’t be happier with dreams, highly recommend to anyone l, sending my parents to go and try out the sleep match bed.

Helpful assistants, use of sleep match and number of products to choose from.

Staff were very friendly and offered us a cup of tea which was nice. Talked us through everything and were very knowledgable of the product we were buying.

Our Sales Representative ‘Dave’ was very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. Spending time with us to see what product we were after and helpful throughout our experience. We were offered refreshments while going through the sales and payment options. Using the Sleep match system proved helpful in determining what products were right for our sleep patterns.

Denis was very good, this mad it very easy. I will be coming back next month to buy the legend bed and dealing with Denis

Laurence took his time explaining the different mattresses and he showed us the sleep matcher, which we used. We were offered a drink and all the staff we very friendly and helpful. Can't fault anything at this store....
