Friendly ,helpful, non pressurising sales technique

Sean was very friendly and gaves us the time to browse the store at our own pace

We found the staff very natural, friendly and helpful with really good knowledge of the products in store. We were offered refreshments and there was no pressure sales tactics. We were given as much time as we needed to be sure of our purchase and the sales man gave my partner and I time to talk things over between ourselves. We received a very personal service and found a mattress completely suited to our needs.

Dave was extremely knowledgable about the mattresses and we didn’t feel rushed making our decision

Matthew at Norwich was extremely helpful .explaining the difference between mattresses and how they were made. Friendly and sociable making u feel no pressure to buy. A lovely cup of coffee thrown into the bargain, love the machine too 😃. Many thanks can’t wait to sleep on it!
