The salesman was very understanding of our needs and allso showed us different types of pillows to try

car parking /layout of store/order /family areas .Ordering matteres was easy and quick

We informed the salesman (Kieran) of our needs and reasons for them. He listened, suggested and demonstrated suitable beds and informed us of mattress options for the type of bed chosen remaining professional throughout. He then processed the sale after advising that we was eligible for the disability vat scheme. He took time to clearly describe each part of the sale costs on the invoice (price of head board, bed frame, mattress, delivery, assembly and disposal and the extended warranty cover). During the whole experience we was treated with respect. The sale was only made once he was happy that we fully understood and was happy to proceed with the sale.

The young assistant Matthew, was the type of salesman I like to deal with. He had great product knowledge, answered all my questions, but most of all, wasn't pushy and left me to make my own mind up.

Staff spent time talking to us and put us on the mattress scanner . Should have done this previously !!, ended up with mattress which was suitable but at a price above our budget , but hopefully work out better long term.

Seems a nice store. Pleasant salesman, helpful without being pushy.

I hate shopping and mattresses are expensive but the experience was as better than expected and relatively painless considering how much I despise retail parks 😉

We were very impressed with everything about the store, the staff were great, fun and very helpful. I even got a cup of tea. There was a long wait to purchase the bed but through no fault of their own. It was incredibly busy and they were all working hard and got tea while I was waiting.
