I went in wanting a value product however was advised that the one I had in mind may not be the best for value long term or the most comfy. I spent £150 more than anticipated but am very happy with the product.

Good customer service and didn't have to wait around to be served, Free delivery and a short wait for delivery.

The sleep match technology helped us find the mattress that we needed. The customer service provided by Dave was fantastic - his product knowledge combined with his very friendly, chatty nature made the experience excellent

As soon as we arrived we were approached and asked what we were looking for. We we’re shown relevant beds and options.

Staff very attentive and knowledgeable

Impressed with the range of products available in the store. Highly satisfied with the way we were greeted by the staff, and for the time given to answer all our questions. Once we had made up our minds as to which product suited us, the transaction was handled very efficiently. One last thing the coffee was a nice gesture whilst we made up our minds. Well done Dreams we will not hesitate to use this Company again and certainly would recommend you to family and friends.
