Dennis helped me find the bed and sofa I wanted. He then ordered for me and helped me use my student discount. All of the people that work there are friendly and approachable. I have recommended my family to shop here.

I was one of the first customers on boxing day and I went to the store after seeing a sofa bed online I liked. There were lots of members of staff there but no one was at all pushy and all greeted me. Once I had had a loo around David approached me and asked if there was anything he could help with and I then placed my order which was a swift process.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who did not over sell anything to us but merely gave us all the info on the product we required in an efficient manner. Gave us plenty of time to try the product without pressure.

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable on the item and such a relaxed atmosphere no high pressure sales talk , Just Excellent

A very pleasant visit to your store.i was cheerful ly greeted opon my arrival and was taken to view the products I was looking to buy.i soon picked out the mattress I wanted from a good range that was available and in stock to take away.whilst being the only customer in the store I was treated to a lovely cup of complimentey coffee whilst at the payment desk and had a nice chat with your representative whilst drinking it unfortunately I didn't get his name but he is a credit to your company.

The gentleman serving us Dennis was very knowledgeable about all the products. Then gave us as much time as we needed to browse around. We did not have to wait to place our order and was offered a drink. Dennis had the order done in a short time and we got the delivery date we wanted

Have visited the store many times to view the mattress we preferred. Staff always accommodating and helpful during the process. Placed order quickly and deliver date suited our desires.
