We we greeted by a friendly face and a hot drink. We asked questions and they were answered straight away. Sean was very helpful.

This is the second time I have visited the store and have been very impressed with customer services skills of staff. All ages represented in staff and staff fit to customers , they are more than willing to help and they actually LISTEN to my requirements which is somewhat unusual today. I felt my requirements were important to them but was slightly disappointed as to the time I have to wait until my order is delivered and there was no headboard to look at.

Such a easy purchase because of the salesman knew his stuff

Matt at your Norwich store was excellent. Friendly, trustworthy, knowledgable and just someone that I wanted to buy from. Not pushy, but patient and knew when to withdraw and when to be of assistance. He was the main reason that my experience was so highly rated.

I went into the shop with a product in mind and got the best deal I could afford without being pushed into a higher priced item. Staff were friendly and helpful

The experience was made really good by using the sleep match system which I had never heard of before, to choose the best mattress for us. With my husband who has back problems this is going to be really beneficial for him. David who helped us was very friendly and looked after us.
