We were well looked after during our visit, and all the staff (in particular, Matt) were extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome, comfortable and that we wanted to spend longer in store. We actually found a matress suited to us with another shop, but due to Dreams extremely high standard of customer care and helpful advice avaliable, we chose to buy a slightly more expensive matress from Dreams as we felt confident to do so. I have purchased other items from Dreams in the past and always been very impressed with the service and friendliness, and it's why I continue to come back here.

Had a lovely warm welcome when we arrived at the shop. They weren’t pushy at all and they were very helpful and so friendly. They offered us refreshments more than once due to us being there for a long time. We are so happy with the customer service we had and can’t thank the staff enough for how helpful they were. We are only a young couple and this was our first time buying a new bed and the staff were so helpful and easy to approach. They answered all of our questions with total professionalism. I will highly recommend to anyone to shop here. We even went to a bed shop round the corner and came straight back to Dreams as we preferred the staff and the stock they had on display so much more. We are now also bringing family into the shop to look for new beds as we are so impressed and pleased with the excellent service we witnessed today. We were also very impressed with the sleep match machine which gave us the type of mattress that best suits us. We found our perfect mattress within minutes! Very much looking forward to visiting the store again with family. Thank you so much for all of your help and service today!
