Matt was very helpful recommending a suitable mattress for our guest room.

I was welcomed right away, and upon asking to see a specific type of mattress I'd seen online I was taken to the bed set up in the store. I wa soffered to try it out and when I wasn't satisfied with it (because it had springs - not a memory foam) I was shown other options in the store. The person was knowledgeable and gave me a good range to choose from, he also didn't try and rush me which I found really nice. He even offered to carry the mattress to the car! Start to finish brilliant customer service.

Mathew at the Norwich branch was extremely helpful and polite. He pointed out alternatives for our needs.

Dennis we very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Made our purchase so easy and although we couldn't get our first choice delivery date Dennis promised to continue to work on our behalf to try and achieve it.

Kieran was very friendly and helpful, didnt rush me he took his time made sure I found the right mattress and pillow for my sleeping style and was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in store. Offered me refreshments and answered every question I had and made me feel at ease.

I purchased a reduced ottoman bed on a whim it was on show as demonstration set and was paid for in full and delivered as promised on time, the men were efficient friendly and wore shoe coveralls, my only reservation was that it will be quite heavy to lift when using the storage space which I badly needed, but hope I can manage.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the store, and given enough time to look around the various beds before David approached us asking if we needed any help. We at that point did have several questions. David was very helpful and knowledgeable across the whole range of beds to show us a new bed complete with mattress perfect for our needs.

No fault of their own (Dave or Kiran ) but the computer system was down 15-11-2019 .both very polite and helpful.

From start to finish we were allowed to look around your store before David approached us and offered us his assistance, to which by then we had several questions to ask. He was helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of his service to us in helping us choose the right bed for our needs. We would like to thank him for all his help on the sale on a new bed.
