( Dave ) who served us was great, we could not have wished for better customer service, he made us a cup of coffee while we browsed the store and gave us some great information about the mattresses and beds.

We came back to look at a mattress and were offered the opportunity to use the sleep machine. We thought we needed a medium mattress but the machine said we needed soft. We tried one of the mattresses suggested and it was unlike anything we had experienced before, so comfortable. The man who served us was very helpful and friendly and we felt we had made the right decision. No one else has the benefit of a sleep machine to help you make the right choice. Can’t wait for the mattress to arrive. Also pleased about the 30 day option if you change your mind.

Matt who looked after us was very knowledgeable. He listened to our needs. We used the Sleep Match, which was fantastic. From the results Matt talked us through our opinions. He was not intrusive and gave us time to try all the reccomend mattresses. There was no hard sale, Matt left us to make our own minds up on which mattress we preferred.The whole experience from start to finish was quick and easy.

Your representative Kieran was very friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. This in combination with the video measurement system made all the difference in enabling us to choose the ideal bed out of Dreams' wide choice.

The member of staff who helped us (Sean) was very helpful. He was polite, knowledgeable, and listened to our requirements. He talked us through all the options open to us, and let us make an informed choice.

Dave was excellent really knowledgeable and helpful as well as patient we weren’t rushed into a sale and were very happy with our decision, the sleep analyser machine made us confident in our choice it was superb

We we provided with the required information and allowed to browse the store. When ready the staff member was polite and friendly and dealt with the process or ordering the item in a very professional manner. A quick, efficient and enjoyable experience whilst spending money is not an every day occurrence.

Matthew was so helpful from start to finish, he gave us so much information so we could really make a good decision for our needs on the type of mattress that would be best.
