Excellent customer service knowledge and the dreams machine thing was really useful. Staff offering us hot drinks was extremely appreciated

We were greeted very professionally, offered drinks and given a lot of information about sleepmatch which was very useful to narrow down choices. When we purchased the bed we were additionally offered free pillows and our old bed will be taken away

We were made to feel welcome from the moment my wife and I entered the store. We made it clear that we were 'just looking' from the outset yet this did not deter the assistant from giving us his undivided attention, providing us with his wealth of product knowledge. He suggested we use the sleep match machine after asking us a few quick questions. We had visited the store to look at available mattresses as I now need a more supportive one due to health issues. Whilst my wife does not have any specific needs this enabled possible mattress matches for us as a couple. We were then shown to suitable mattresses, based on the matched results. The assistant showed great patience as we tried each one, with a wide range of prices, until we decided on the very first one that he had shown us! We were also given different pillows to try. More importantly we were given the time to enable us to make an informed decision, over a cuppa, and not rushed into making a purchase.

We were greeted pleasantly staff very friendly, very informative on the bed we asked about & the special offers that were on, Matt took time out to help us choose the correct mattress for us. Great service & helpful.

Gentlemen was very helpful in explaining the different types of mattress..hardness of the different types of mattresses very knowledgeable about the products in the store.

me and my wife were look after as so as we walk in the store by a friendly young man,name matt. who show us around, we were left to make our minds up, as which mattress we would like.

Matthew, at Dreams in sprowston was helpful, courteous and made me laugh and feel at ease during my visit. He was very kind and made my purchase as stress free as possible.

We were served by Dave who explained the process to us and assisted us in making our choice. He was knowledgable, friendly & made our choice a lot easier than if we had navigated the store & choices on our own.
