Matt & Sean served me today and were brilliant! They helped me with getting all the bits to go with the mattress, how best to look after it and gave me confidence that if anything were to go wrong to come back and see them.

The assistant who helped me was attentive but not overbearing. Identified appropriate mattresses but gave me the time to try them and whilst in the background was available should I need to ask anything.

We think dreams is a brilliant shop, having there 30 day exchange is a excellent idea. We brought a different double bed from the same shop last year, and had no trouble exchanging our mattress then. Which is why we came back and would definayley return again. Good helpful staff, always offered a coffee.

We were approached by a friendly member of staff called Dave. Nothing was too much trouble and he did not rush us or push us into any sale.

Very happy with the information given to me and the general service. Dennis was lovely and friendly. I even got a drink and a biscuit.

Kieran was amazing with helping us find the perfect bed. We did t feel pressured at all and he spent so much time educating us in the products. He was lovely with our children. He was extremely knowledgeable and took his time to pass the knowledge on. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and are very much looking forward to our new bed!!
