The salesmen were very friendly and David in particular took time to explain how the items we had purchased were made. There was no pressure to purchase and we could take our time to decide what would be best for us.

We went in knowing we wanted a matress... We had no idea what one we needed or would be best for us. After dennis showed us around we tried the matress tester and it came up that we needed a firm matress. He found the perfect one. We even bought the pillows and quilt and matress peotector. Superb service and such a great experience. Can not wait for our new matress

Excellent customer service - friendly, funny and knowledgeable. Made us feel very welcome and offered us a go on the bed machine and a coffee, but we were sold before needing either! Comfy and decent priced mattress in the sale and free delivery on a convenient day.

Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Drinks were offered whilst we placed the order which were really good (I had an excellent hot chocolate!). Dave, who served us, took time to check and recheck the details of the order to make sure it was correct. There was no hard sell, which was excellent: I really hate it when salesman follow you around a store!
